Valorant Coaching – Terms of Service 

1. Scope of Services

The coaching service provides individual or group training sessions for the video game Valorant. The content includes gameplay analysis, strategy guidance, and skill improvement advice. No specific ranking or performance outcome is guaranteed.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded once the client books a coaching session and receives confirmation (e.g., via email, Discord, or booking platform). By booking, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in advance via the agreed payment method. Coaching sessions will only be scheduled after payment has been received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in full or partial charges.
  • If the coach cancels, a new appointment will be offered or a full refund issued.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If the client is a consumer within the meaning of EU law, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, this right expires early if:

  • the service has already been fully provided, or
  • the client explicitly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Having a stable internet connection and necessary hardware/software
  • Being punctual for scheduled sessions
  • Engaging respectfully during coaching

Missed sessions without notice may be considered completed and non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

The coach is not liable for:

  • Lack of improvement in gameplay performance
  • Technical issues outside their control
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, in accordance with German law.

8. Code of Conduct

Both parties agree to maintain respectful and appropriate communication. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, recordings, and methods remain the intellectual property of the coach unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not redistribute or sell provided content.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Data will only be used for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the client is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Amendments must be made in writing.
